Two important qualities of blue topaz are that it a very hard stone and when cut, radiates brilliance in all light sources. The AAA quality topaz pendant is comprised of a large pear-shaped center stone with a cascade of marquise and faceted topaz teardrops. The pearls are freshwater baroque style. I love the way each pearl has it's own "personality". Last but not least, the clasp. This was an exciting find. Swarovski created these clasps in the 60's. I found the last 4.... "So the story goes"
